What are the delivery charges?
The Victorian Jewels provides free delivery for all items to be delivered in the USA.
For international shipping please contact the seller.

What is the estimated delivery time?
For items in stock that are listed, the product will be delivered in 3-4 days from the order date. While most items are delivered within 5-7 days, for designs with size options, please select the required size in order for the product to be shipped on time.

How will the delivery be done?

Deliveries will be completed through the USPS service.

What about warranty and hidden costs?

There are no extra taxes or hidden costs! The price mentioned on the website is the final price inclusive of all charges.

How do I track my shipment?
We use the tracking option that USPS provides. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipping confirmation email will have the couriers’ tracking number and the link for tracking. 
Pro tip: provide an accurate postal code for best service.
