Return Policy

    Our Return Policy

    We are happy to offer a 7-day return policy (fully refundable) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. We do not offer refunds and exchanges on personalized items, sale items, discounted items and free gifts unless there is a product defect.


    To process a return/exchange, please follow these simple steps:

    1.     Keep all items (including the invoice) in a package and address it to the following: New jersey, USA (contact us for complete address of the warehouse)

    2.     Please note that all items that are to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Any items that were damaged during transit must also bear the tag for us to process the return. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

    3.     Email us on and then you can ship it through the suitable service.

    4.     As soon as we get it we will process the refund in 24 hours.

    5.     Please allow at least 7-8 business days for the entire return process to be completed.




    What can I return?

    You may request a return for an item listed as returnable on the product listing page within the stipulated return window. For details refer to our Return Policy


    Can I replace an item?

    If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged, or defective condition, or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement provided the exact item is available in stock. In case the same item is not available in stock, we will initiate a refund.


    When will I get my refund?

    As soon as The Victorian Jewels receives the returned product, we will process your refund.
